Hello and Welcome!

I am an RN, BSN with a National Board Certification in Holistic Nursing. I am a trauma informed practitioner that specializes in helping people heal from emotional pain and trauma. The twist is that I included diet and lifestyle modifications along with therapeutic sessions that transforms people's lives in a powerful way.

My traditional nursing background includes nurse management, adult coronary ICU, medical ICU, cardiac rehabilitation, pediatric special care, post-op surgical care (PACU) and dialysis for adults and kids.

I graduated from nursing school at Viterbo University in Lacrosse, Wi. in 1990. I then went on to work in highly specialized areas in our traditional medical system, for over 15 years of my career. The other 20 years have been in private practice, doing what I do now. 

I am a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association which is where I achieved my national board certification as a holistic nurse, and a graduate of Coach U, a widely known professional coach training school. I have also received certification with the International Center for Reiki Training. My Reiki training certifications are in Usui, Karuna and Holy Fire disciplines. I have my Healing Touch training with the Healing Touch Program, and my nutrition and health coach certification comes from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition training school. I finished up my certification in therapeutic hypnosis with the National Guild of Hynotists program in May of 2023. 

A few of the unique things that I have done in my life and career include co-hosting a talk radio show in Denver called Live the Day with Rachelle & Christen, writing life coaching articles for Goodlife Denver Magazine, and mentoring youth in the foster care system in Colorado, helping them find forever families, with The Adoption Exchange.
